Work experience

Months 1 to 6

Live projects, weekly reviews, 1:1 support

Months 1 to 6

Career work

From month 2

CV, job search, 1:1 interviews preps.

From month 2

1:1 support

All twelve months

Reviews, then offers, then promotion support

How the twelve months run

The tracks overlap on purpose. Applying only after the work is finished wastes six months of momentum, and the support does not stop the day you get an offer.

What you actually do

Three things run at once. None of them is a video you watch on your own.

01

Months 1 to 6

Analytics work on live LCFA projects

You get a brief, a deadline, and a manager who reviews what you hand in. The projects are our own client and research work, so the scope moves and the questions do not come with an answer key.

  • One named LCFA manager you report to every week
  • Briefs with real stakeholders, changing scope, and dates that hold
  • SQL, Power BI, and Python used the way a team uses them
  • Work you can explain, defend and turn into professional evidence
02

From month 2

The job search, run as a system

Applications start while the work is still in progress. Every artefact comes out of what you are building, so nothing on your CV is a claim you cannot walk someone through.

  • CV rewritten around the work you are doing now
  • Portfolio case studies drawn from your project deliverables
  • LinkedIn profile and a posting rhythm you can actually keep
  • Weekly application targets and a pipeline you track
  • Mock interviews, technical and behavioural, with scored feedback
  • Your previous experience reframed around the value UK employers need to see
03

All twelve months

1:1 support, from week one

A standing 1:1 that follows your professional journey for the full twelve months. Early on, that may mean reviewing your project work. Later, it may be a take-home due Friday, an interview prep, or two offers you need to weigh against each other. The support doesn't stop the day you sign a job offer.

  • Weekly reviews of what you are building, from the first brief
  • Interview debriefs while they are still fresh
  • Take home reviews before you submit, not after
  • Salary and title negotiation, with the numbers behind it
  • A first 90 days plan, and 1:1s for the rest of the twelve months

Why the Accelerator Works Differently

Knowing the tools is necessary. It isn't sufficient.

To become professionally relevant, employers need to see three things:

Evidence

Proof you've used your skills to solve meaningful problems.

Positioning

A professional story that makes your value clear to the market.

Confidence

The ability to explain, present and defend your work under pressure.

The Accelerator is designed to build all three at the same time.

Our Interns Don't Just Learn. They Get RESULTS.

Who this is for

It is a working programme with deadlines and a manager. That suits some people and not others.

  • Bootcamp graduates
  • Self-taught analysts
  • Career switchers
This is for you if
  • You can already write SQL and build a dashboard
  • You can give it 8 to 12 hours a week for six months
  • You want to be managed: deadlines, reviews, and feedback you did not ask for
  • You are serious about turning your existing skills into a professional analytics career in the UK
This is not for you if
  • You are starting from zero on the tools. Take the Bootcamp or L.I.F.T.™ instead
  • You only want another certificate or portfolio project
  • You expect LCFA to do the career transition for you rather than with you.
  • You are not ready for deadlines, feedback and professional accountability.

Included Support

A manager

One person who assigns your work, reviews it, and answers for it.

Weekly 1:1s

Thirty minutes on what moved, what stalled, and what you do next.

Mock interview circuit

Technical and behavioural, scored, with the recording to review.

Professional Positioning

Your CV, LinkedIn, portfolio and professional story rebuilt around evidence you can actually defend.

Two Guarantees That Prove We're Serious

14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Don't love it? Get 100% refunded, no questions asked.

12 Months Job Outcome Guarantee

Complete the program + meet requirements. No job offer in 12 months? Get tuition refunded.

Another Six Months Will Pass Either Way.

If Nothing Changes

  • Another six months of learning without professional evidence
  • More applications built around experience employers struggle to verify
  • More interviews where you're trying to explain projects nobody depended on
  • More time wondering whether you need another course

If You Start Building Evidence

  • Six months of reviewed analytics work
  • A manager who can speak to what you did
  • Applications running while you're still building experience
  • A professional story you have actually lived — not memorised

The question isn't whether you should keep developing. It's whether the next six months will produce more information — or professional evidence.

Not sure where you stand?

The career readiness check takes a few minutes. It scores you on skills, proof of work and job search, and shows you the gap to close first.

Take the Career Readiness Check

You don't need to guess which LCFA programme you need. Your readiness result will help identify whether your immediate gap is foundation, professional evidence or career transition.

FAQ

You Already Know More Than Your Career Is Showing.

If you have the technical foundation but still lack credible professional evidence, positioning or confidence, you probably don't need another course.

You need somewhere to implement what you know, have it challenged, build evidence from it and take that evidence into the market.
